As trouble flares in various parts of the world, Spain is fast emerging as this year’s top destinations for entertaining and relaxing family holidays.

And there’s one establishment on the Costa Del Sol that’s especially geared up to make this year’s holiday the one of your dreams. And that’s the Holiday Village in Benaldemena.

hotelpic 1All rooms are suites, for a start, meaning families of four can share, and is equipped with all the latest technological advances. The rooms are a very good size, with powerful showers and separate baths for choice and flexibility. There’s also a small kitchen if you need a snack or a coffee and a good-sized balcony.

The main pool is large and surrounded by plenty of loungers, with a separate children’s pool on one side. But a ten minute walk along a footbridge reaches the Beach Club which has several more pools, along with the beach club bar and restaurant.

For dining there’s always plenty of choice. The beach club serves anything you could want, with Mexican, Italian, English and Spanish choices. There’s a snack bar which will serve up child food at any time, while the main restaurant offers plenty of choice for buffet-style meals.

This is a holiday hotel and there are plenty of reps who devote all their energies to keeping the children amused. Adults aren’t left out: there’s bingo daily and a piano bar for adults with live music every night.

hotelpic2The location could hardly be beaten, with the sea a bare-foot stroll away. The main resort areas of Benaldemena and Fuengerolla are close by and in the immediate area a range of facilities vie for your time. Golf courses, water parks and theme parks are all found on this sunkissed stretch of coast.

As one of Britain’s favourite resort areas in Spain, the Costa Del Sol is perfect for this year’s summer holiday. And the Holiday Village is the perfect place to enjoy it.
